Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

We can provide next day delivery within UK on most products which are in-stock unless specifically mentioned otherwise. For international deliveries, please email enquiries@eco-ne.co.uk before placing your order.
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of full order payment, however for some large and bulky items these are shipped via a palletised delivery and can take 48 hours. Items may take longer and we will notify you if this is the case with your order.
Our delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK mainland.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and in the event of adverse weather conditions and/or other unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control, there may be some delay to the delivery of your order.
For security reasons all deliveries must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your goods. As all our deliveries require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. We use a number of courier and delivery companies including Royal Mail, TNT, DPD, UPS, DHL and City Link as well as others.

Next Day Delivery Service
Should the Purchaser wish to receive the goods on our next day delivery service then (1) the goods must be in-stock; and (2) full payment must be received with funds cleared into our bank account before 12:00 hours of the previous day.
Our Returns Policy
Eco World Northeast Limited aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1. If the Purchaser receives Goods which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, the Purchaser should contact us within 5 working days to arrange collection and return. Eco World Northeast Limited is responsible for paying shipment costs. The Purchaser will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our satisfactory receipt of the returned Goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
2. If any Goods purchased have faults when they are delivered, the Purchaser should contact Eco World Northeast Limited within 5 working days to arrange collection and return. Eco World Northeast Limited is responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
3. If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, the Purchaser is entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty, providing the goods have not been accidentally damaged by the end user, been misused which caused the fault, or have had an attempted repair carried out by the end user or someone other than the manufacturer's authorised repairer.
4. If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to Eco World Northeast Limited within 24 hours and arrange collection and return. Eco World Northeast Limited is responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
5. If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to Eco World Northeast Limited within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Eco World Northeast Limited. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.
6. If the Purchaser wishes to return Goods to Eco World Northeast Limited for any of the above reasons, please contact us via telephone 0800 820 2025 or email to support@eco-ne.co.uk to make the appropriate arrangements.
7. Eco World Northeast Limited reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:
7.1 any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;
7.2 any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
7.3 any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.
8. Any such discretion to be exercised by Eco World Northeast Limited will be carried out only within the confines of the law.
